NEED FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS?

Sleep stages are divided into two main categories: non-REM sleep and REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, where dreams typically occur.  Over the course of the night a sleeper will cycle through the five stages of sleep a number of times with the REM stages lasting longer and longer towards morning.

@Kisha You Were Experiencing an Out of Body Experience/O.b.E..this is something that happens naturally every night except this time you were conscious of it actually happening which is the first step to taking your Consciousness to next level.Being aware of the Dream. Some people hear a buzzing or a long beep or some other strange noise. with me it was a long beep like a flatline sound and then heavy shuffling noises and then My Astral Eyes opened up and then i was able to see the room with my Physical eyes being closed, Now by this time if your not familiar with this process your heart probably would be Beating like crazy but all you really need to do to gain control at this point is to just mentally slow down your breath and reamin calm your about to have an Amazing time in your astral body. Being able to fly walk through walls the journey is now beginning!..so everything is perfectly normal with you and your experience..we have a bunch of material here on this siteabout lucid dreams and O.b.e and if u need help im here for as well as many others here at the Resistance..:-)......love and balance vibes

Hello to all, just thought I would stop by and inquire a little insight from anyone whom is willing to give it to me. The other night I was asleep when all of a sudden I began to hear this loud buzzing in the room that startled me to the point where I thought I had woken up, only to realize that I was not woke but could see my room which then I became really freaked out and felt my body jolt then I had awaken with my heart pounding... Could someone bring me some clarity on this experience of mine? Thanks much love and wholeness.

Hi, Introspicere2,

Kudos for the healthy, positive changes you are making in your life.

To help you begin lucid dreaming, choose a common object you might see in your dreams and establish it as a trigger to awaken you within your dream. For example, if you choose a 'door' as your trigger, before you fall asleep simply remind yourself that seeing a 'door' in your dreams will serve as a message that you are dreaming.

You may not remember your instructions the first few times you spot your chosen trigger or you may wake up after coming to the realization you are dreaming, but with practice it should work. It worked for me. :-)

Let us know how it goes, and good luck!

Greetings and wholeness to all. I am rather new here and there is soooo much info i need to start on. I do have a quick question. Since i have stop eating meats and process foods 2 months ago,(i will stop smoking with in the next few weeks) I have been having more dreams every time i sleep. Even with short naps of one hour or so. I do feel as if I am more or less an observer in most of them, like I am watching a movie or scenes where I do little but witness. Other dreams I am "myself". My question is how can i change them or give myself the chance to realize I am dreaming. I am starting to do reality checks daily and I am keeping a journal. But i am guessing I need more sleep because I either wake to use the restroom or I am woken by my daughter or brother and the dreams fade before i can write them. Any suggestions or material/advice would be greatly welcomed. I do not expect things to happen over night, i would just like to know if I am on the right path so far. Thank you in advance.

Thank you, for sharing video insightful.. Why does it appear as if,  you are paralyzed in a dream but half awake, but trying to speak  or move but cannot.  Are you between dimension's and why can't you move during that sleep?

Yet, once you fully away you feel stranded?

These two dream i had recently one after the other are maybe the most creepy and bizarre dreams i have ever had.  The first one is was laying on the floor in a pitch black room sleeping.  I was awakened by childrens voices saying 'help us!' over and over.  I looked up and there was this whole wall with hundreds of baby arms sticking out of it reaching for me. I started screaming 'tell me!' again and again.  All the while the childrens voices kept repeating 'Help us!'.  I took one of the arms by the hand, expecting to feel soft baby skin.  But instead the skin was hard and calloused, as if they had been doing hard work.  Then the hands were passing my hand from one to the other, each wanting to hold my hand.  There was an ominous overtone and all was black except for the wall of baby arms.  It has been a long long time since a dream frightened me.  This dream scared me enough to wake me up.  Very creepy.

The next day I had another creepy dream.  In this one i was outside a big white house by a creek.  there was a man there peeing in the creek, and his pee was bright blue and spraying out like a fire hose. (kinda funny) When he was finished, he told me that creatures were coming that only he could see.  I did not believe him and was thinking he was a lunatic.  Then i heard something approaching in the brush.  I saw a huge ogre that was feeding on tree branches in the creek bed. I told the man 'I can see them too!'.  The ogre climbed out of the creek bed, and we both hid behind some stumps.  After the huge ogre passed by many smaller creatures like goblins followed him.  they were moving toward the house, and i felt i should go and warn the people inside.  I tried to sneek by them and get to the house, but they saw me.  I ran to the house with them chasing me.  I slammed the front door shut behind me, and one of the goblins chopped through the door with an axe, injuring my knee.  I ran up stairs thinking that i could find weapons there.  I found a sword in a closet.  the one goblin chasing me followed me upstairs.  He had a sword stuck in his chest, which he pulled out and started fight me with it.  I cut open his chest and neck, only to discover that inside he was a robot.  In this room upstairs was a TV, showing what was going on outside.  the goblins had rounded up about 50 or so people in the front yard, but they did not seem to be able to see them.  Nor did they fight them.  The goblins singled out the pregnant women, and then stabbed them in the stomach with steel daggers killing their babies.  then they gave birth to their own babies, and then gave them to the human women who nursed them.  the goblin babies were ugly and had sharp teeth.  they bit the women breast feeding them and fed on the blood. The women accepted these little monsters as their own unknowingly.

Just so you all know, my dreams are usually fun, happy adventures.  i am sharing these because they are abnormal.  Glad to hear your thoughts and comments.  thanks for listening.

Good Evening,  So I think I've had a sudden revealing of what this dream of mine may have meant.  I remembered sudden parts of my dream that I'd failed to mention in my previous comment.  I'm pretty sure it's about my elevation that is happening and is to come.  Gloria represented some old part of myself and near the end of the dream after I rid myself of her I went up this pyramid.  I feel really good about this year.  Honestly,  I've been feeling stuck for a while and now I feel like things are finally starting to move for me almost as if Im shedding something. Sweet dreams everyone! :-)

Finally a group to help with some of the crazy, not so crazy, sometimes scary, almost always puzzling, and very real "feeling" dreams I have.
