I read that members on the site were going to be doing a 22 day water fast. Its funny how things work out: I went on vacation to visit some family...long story short, since I ate relatively horribly during the trip when I got back I really wanted to do detox/cleanse regiment. Funny enough I stumbled on a blog post by Soulosophy and voila! So it begins...
