This is insane! For so many years as a child i had the same exact dream as you many times. It was always so hard for me to describe and try to put into words, but i would say u did a pretty good job of describing it. I would see  a little silver ball that was moving and changing and i too felt a very wierd feeling. I would even have alot of anxiety when immediately waking up from this reoccurring dream. I always though it was so wild and especially the fact that i knew what was going on but couldnt describe it. It was almost as if this sphere was going through a maze. These dreams stopped once i got older though. Also I too feel lighter than my body alot. I actually use that feeling as a technique to meditate and try to induce an astral trip. I can feel my body almost rise outta my physical body while meditating and knowing my body is staying in my bed even though im not. Great Post...Thanks

Awesome to hear you have had similar experience's. I have also experienced feeling bigger than my body feeling, I actually manifest something similar when i started to have paranormal experiences feel a foreign energy around me i would expand my energy chi like a imploding/explode effect... It seems to work i didn't think. I just knew too do this for some reason. Now I'm more aware i don't do it as often because I'm visited by more light being aka good positive feeling. Also once well traveling in a car i was in a meditated state well my body was riding in the car i felt i was on top of the roof floating along with the car awesome feeling. I find i can do this when in a tranced state.

 

As for the ball of energy sphere i get the same thing but well I'm awake doing things i have a tiny ball sparkles like a diamond appears straight in front of me and at corners of my eyes don't know what to make of it but as i progress in my awakening i guess ill find out. Also some times this sphere appears above peoples heads when i am talking to people hmm...

Thanks for responding guys. I have only told one person about this feeling, my husband. This feeling is hard to put into words as it is, and naturally he had no clue what I was talking about- or maybe he just forgot about that feeling. He replied that "women must be more sensitive to stuff like that". Am I correct that only women replied to this post?

 

I have never been able to control the feeling like you Kayowe, it just happened. I tried a couple of times since posting this, but it doesn't seem to work anymore : /

I think I know that feeling! Mine also was much stronger as a child. I would describe it almost like an Alice in Wonderland feelling. I havent felt it in a while...but I sensed myself shrinking in size as small as I could be....like and atom or even smaller maybe....then I would grow into a huge almost blob of a shape...hard to describe in words....I just always thought it was my way of traveling through dreams...so I never inquired about it....cool post!!!! You made me think back!!
