when your body stops being accustomed to throwing out major acidic enzymes to break down chicken and other dense meat proteins the hydrochloric acid is no longer on standby as readily…tho it will adapt back to that if need be. If you have to go back every once in a while be sure to either supplement with enzymes, spice heavily with digestive herbs, drink some kind of highly enzymatic beverage(papaya/pineapple) with the meal or include large portions of cooked or raw veggies. consider it an emergency situation if you fall back into your old routine and be sure you let yourself keep aware that 'this too will pass'. may be well to follow it with some clay or aloe in the morning too…to help it pass :/
Hey guys. So I haven't been eating meat for about 3-4 weeks now. And then I had some chicken 3 days ago, just because it was a quick meal in between jobs. Since then I've been getting headaches and a gross stomach feeling around lunchtimeish everyday. Yeah I know probably should have stuck to it :( but I just want to make sure that this is the reason; that my body is going hey whats going on here. Has anyone else had a similar experience getting off the meat? And its not a protein thing because I'm taking plant proteins daily.

yes with copper pyramid structures preserve/dry food exceptionally well. just don't get too ambitious. start with small amounts and see how they do. not the small pyramids with the pretty colors, i'm talking urban shaman(serge kahili king) copper pipe pyramids cut to the 'correct ' length
Have you guys/gals tried using pyramid technology to freeze the food, by mummification?
