my weird lunch for the day: strawberry yogurt with cranberries, raisins, walnuts, flax seeds, panachia , cacao nibs and stevia... and it aint half bad.

Hemp in it's various forms is certainly a super food. for starters, it contains some of the highest and most balanced "omega oils" content that have now become the hype trend. also removes bad cholesterol and is power packed with protein and fiber.
I made a post about this in the total regeneration, that might fit better here.
Currently I am moving to living food, so you get the full charge of life, the golden mean spiral and are making an internal landscape with more fertile food, the opposite of dead food like bread etc that many eat.
Wheatgrass or beansprouts are a great example, take little space to grow, little light and grow fast.
As an extra with quick growing food, if you are fluent in the workings of crystals or experimenting with them, this gives you ready grown food at hand, for them to influence growth with rapid results.
Adding more fruits,vegetables,nuts, and grains to your diet plus eating lighter meats like chicken and fish is a great start
