The being that you see when you look inside of the mirror, it is not really YOU, however it is the totem or vehical the we beings use within this deminsion/plain. I have read a text before that was related to simply staring in a mirror that stated "evil is the reflection of man" I didn't quite understand it when I read it but, what I thought about was the deception of looking within a mirror and being decieved that when you look at your reflection is you, but the truth is, it really is not you, our soul is not our bodies, our souls are us. And thanks to this site, I have found some examples to complement this, like if you were in pain, you can just simply state to yourself that, "My body is in pain, but I am not" and by simply doing that you are seperating yourslf from your totem  that you use in this realm, and that is why it makes since to me why a mirror can simply be called just the looking glass. Their are many truths that we can learn and be "In the know" about within this world, and even within, and about ourselves, like our multideminsional being perhaps. All we need to do is to start taking action no longer give into fear, and stay AWAKE.
