Humans according to studies are activated not motivated entirely by money but by the work they're doing. A macdonald's employee wouldn't take their job as seriously as a CEO would for example. However if youve watched the zeitgeist film on the web that came out in 2011 you would see a strategy behind this. This could be a form of socialism which can turned out bad if placed in the wrong hands. Sure socialism without currency and being provided for sounds like a great idea but it could turn into a form of communism like china if someone pulls the string. I think the best ideas is for the people to come together and cultivate their own utopia and I don't think it would be that hard but it would a community effort. We could grow our own food, create are own clothing, etc. Such a thing is occuring right now in greece where minor-currency are emerging within the city.
