Hello everyone
I've been trying to attempt lucid dreaming with little to no success. I've read books where they teach you the indirect and direct methods as well as visualization/sleep paraylsis but none of them have seem to work. If everyone can submit their discoveries it would be greatly appreciated. Wholeness to all.

I noticed that it is easier for me if I meditate on things a few hours prior to sleeping, if that helps.
all this is correct... i just have to add to what mune wrote (gotu kola should be taken before bed and upon waking)... is good to write where. what. when.and the how's that you want to get out of your dream on a paper and put it under your pillow.. also selenite great for protection... wake up around 4 am and do the breathing tech. (charge up) (also head stand for a few seconds- rushing blood/air to the brain) best time to lucid is right around sunrise... i would add AGAR 35 and SEMEDE (Ayuvedic) to a 30 minute meditation right before bed. ALWAYS KNOW YOU WILL LUCID DREAM... do this for 21 time straight your mind will follow your command via sub-conscious... INJOY!   "oh and magnets with north polarity works great but you have to know how to use magnetic acupuncture...   ask me and ill explain how it works.. im doing this now andit helped big time.. i charge my roots with north polarity! also a nice bath with baking soda helps alot also scrub neck and all glands well while in bathtubb... if you need further explanation on glands just ask..
Thats true sometimes you do have reposition your self on the bed. I have experienced that as well
Thanks everyone! These are all really good tips I have not heard before and I'm glad to see others can pick up something new too. I'm regiment goig to get my hands on gotu kola
, reality checks and meditations

@ orange I want to see vivid dream in order to catch my Deja views ( theyre blurry but recognizable enough to detect) and perhaps learn more about myself through them
Ty joh. I've tried doing visualization by strictly listening to tv and it's been helping. I'll stay focus on a particular item on me to use as a cue when I'm in the dream
Pay attention to the relationship between your inner and outer environments. When something happens, stop and compare with how you're feeling.
The more balance you achieve the easier it will be for you to be lucid.
Biorhythms are a great way to be aware of your self.
very true, I've read I must look for signs in my non dream realm that are unique to my dream world. However, what are biorhythms exactly? I listen to ambiance music to keep myself attune when my emotional state is out of tune but is that the same thing?

"Biorhythms are inherent cycles which regulate memory, ambition, coordination, endurance, temperament, emotions, and much more. We each have three fundamental biorhythm cycles. Each biorhythm cycle has a particular function, and a particular life cycle."

"

Physical Cycle - 23 days The physical cycle is said to be the dominant cycle in men. It regulates hand-eye coordination, strength, endurance, sex drive, stamina, initiative, metabolic rate, resistance to, and recovery from illness. Surgery should be avoided on physical transition days and during negative physical cycles.

Emotional Cycle - 28 days The emotional cycle is considered the dominant cycle in women. It regulates emotions, feelings, mood, sensitivity, sensation, sexuality, fantasy, temperament, nerves, reactions, affections and creativity.

Intellectual Cycle - 33 days The intellectual cycle regulates intelligence, logic, mental reaction, alertness, sense of direction, decision-making, judgment, power of deduction, memory, and ambition."

The cycles are similar to the breath. There is a positive and negative polarity. The cycles are usually displayed from -100 to 100 with 0 being the middle.

I've monitored my cycles and environment, emotions, physical energy, etc and concluded that they work like the breath, inhale/exhale. There is a period of introversion, introspection, focusing on the subjecting, learning, listening and then a period of extroversion, expression, focusing on the objective, teaching and socializing.

Enjoy :)

for me not eating about 5-6 hours prior to going to bed and exercising during the 5-6 hr time period helps with lucid dreaming and also covering your eyes and turning off all lights in the room
I experience the lucid dream quite often. It´s been a while that I don´t get  to, but I can say that the more I sleep on the floor, the more I get the experience. I currently sleep in a genuine japanese tatami and it´s not the same. Got to be on floor, and for several days. Perhaps it will work with you.
