Failed astral attempt
feeling in back of head is the cord type thing / also crown chakra attached to body to astral travel projected etc
the mad energy and sleep paralysis is the signs pre leaving body.
well done many try for many months even years to do this and some never have the magical experience 

there is millions of you tube videos and google how to astral travel etc and i am really sure the there is similar experience leaving body etc etc
