Hi there, My body tingles all over now while the chakras are in motion after ten days of experimenting with the Chi Booster. It is rapidly becoming a part of my daily routine because it truly does wonders in opening up areas that I was not aware of before while it seems to exercise my muscles, too. I've been too lazy to work out lately, a total no no for an elderly person so I experienced some stiffness in my legs at first. Own fault, not the booster's. Ha,ha. Now I've got a shiatsu machine I picked up at a yard sale that stimulates the soles of my feet. If I am not careful, I'll never leave home. All I need now is a treadmill (just joking).

K Abbott, Learning how to listen to your body, your feelings, answers any questions you may have re machines or practices, food even, because it will tell you every time. I've had the chi booster for a few days now and am trying out different speeds, times, etc to see what works for me. It truly gives me a boost because I intend it to do so. You can achieve similar effects through meditation but, as the name implies, this gives you a boost. To me, it is worth every penny.

What is the recommended cycle of use "with meditation, with relaxation, with stress well being adjust?" Is it worth the money? is yoga the same?

My Chi Booster arrived yesterday. I can attest that it works like a charm, noiselessly. YEA. Will keep you posted on my progress in a week or so. It also, miraculously, took only a few days to get from Sevan to my place in Canada.so the intent is working beautifully as well.

I have the machine. it is wonderful. it has a low rocking sound as the machine goes side to side. it is not disturbing at all. i love this machine, it helps me relax and unwind, it feels great!

Wholeness to all of my reistance family. my chi booster arrived today. i just tried it out. if you can get this it is very much worth it. it made me feel amazing, it is quiet and very solid. i was a practicing massage therapist years ago and have not been in the field for quit some time. it felt like a really relaxing massage. i feel energized and relaxed, something i have not felt in a very long time.

I have experienced treatment involving the chi machine before and found it left my body feeling good/joyful with a slight tingly/buzzing sensation which was felt all over; particularly the arms and hands and legs. Sometimes you can find the authentic chi machines to try at local Yoga shows or health spas/wellness centres (naturapathic/homeopathic)... Just in case anyone wanted to hear a testimonial..
