I understand that & thats why I posted it as the " Biology of Kundalini" so people can understand the changes in which the body undergoes and how to maintain balance as it does.

With the spontaneous movements, the website gives a list of all possible movements that can happen. I don't see the list of all possibilities helpful.

Can speak from experience, and guidance from one who has completed the kundalini process, that when these motion happen, allowing them to happen without any resistance would be the best way to go.. Completely letting go of one's own interpretation that , this is my telepathic ability that is coming out of this chakra, adds to more confusion, when the real focus should be upon deepening one's own awareness .. not on ideas about how the experiences feels like to be honest ... And allowing kundalini to do its own thing, without us telling it what to do .. 

 

It ( the website ) just speaks on a lot of things, and shares what the author did to traverse through them after throwing a lot of medical information .. Maybe it may be of some use who is interested in what the biological processes involved , such as a medical professional .. She also describes some experiences, and gives it her own terminology ( sex with eros ? .. come on :D ) .. In short , it gives the impression that kundalini phenomenon is complex, and I see no simplicity in what is being offered in that website, other than a whole lot of stuff to memorise , which has nothing to do with consciousness/awareness in the end ...  That is why I feel its much better to rely on a more authentic source, or upon a person with direct experience who is willing to give you the guidance  ( if you are able to find one ie ) 

 

And no bro .. I am not really into numerology and all that stuff.. But I do know that numerology works.. Some of my numerology readings have been right on the spot .. But never was into learning that stuff ..

P.S Take a look at Kriya yoga, it doesn't really go into detail on yoga & Tai-Chi on the site but if you were to buy her book or the books in which she recommends I'm sure you will find what you are looking for..

Does the website talk about spontaneous full body movements ? or body doing spontaneous yoga positions or even Tai-Chi movement even without any prior knowledge of these sciences ?

Good Day Santhip, As you can see this website explains how Kundalini not only induces ego-death yet it also concurrently trancends (Trance End) the ego. You should look more into this website as it goes into distinct detail about it's symptomology (look into Inner conjunctions), cosmic influences, the cycles of Awakening, Kundalini's physiology, diets, de-activation, skills etc. You can look through the table of contents there's a lot of substance on that website that is the main reason why I told you to diggg in brother you knoww (-:  If this were misinfo. Sevan wouldn't have approved my blog post, I would never mislead my dear family...

Also to my understanding I've been Activated for almost 2 years and my awakening was brought about spontaneously through psychedelic drugs (Pscilocybin), experimenting with MDMA, (Post Traumatic-Stress) Having to struggle to save my little brothers life while he was choking merely seconds away from death.   Synchromystically just before that had occured my little brother, cousin and I were in my basement so my cousin Nicholas starts speaking about how much he loves us both and he wouldn't know what he would do if he'd lose one of us. Then we continued on speaking about how we weren't truly scared of death etc., ironically less than a minute later it all happened as if something was watching the whole thing. (Due to demonic intrusion). Also other traumatic experiences as well that I'd rather not speak about.

Now I've been equipped with interminable ESP, precognitive dreams, telepathy, bio-location of loved ones through heart navigation, alchemical preparation for future unknown events, ie: translocal transtime development, (Foresaw Japan Tsunami 3/11/2011 through time sequences (1:11, 5:55, 2:22, etc) & synchromystic inperiences just days before the disaster), linear time transcended, feeling of entire life reaching a nexus point in time, heightened senses. hyper-sensitive, trancendental awareness, peripheral awareness, exquisite awareness of my environment and others, ability to affect energetic states and promote heart expansion in others via sympathetic resonance.  I'm not here to boast about it but it's just that I am speaking from inperience not just "experience", you know?..

Have an awakened kundalini here .. All this information seems really unnecessary .. as kundalini is a state in which consciousness is turned upon itself, eventually quietening down one's mind, to the point where the mind or one's sense of identity is completely dead, or ego-death .. While I appreciate your intent Rafael, this link doesn't give anything of value as far as kundalini is concerned.. I am not enlightend being ..Simply being honest, and speaking from experience here
