It really is a great buy. i transfer the mix into air-tight containers and it keeps forever.  the company also offers a dry potato soup mix in a metalized can - makes 28 one cup servings, just add water, kosher certified and gluten free. i highly recommend it. perfect for long term storage and it is delicious.
