Many of you are probably not too interested in working on the lower three chakras, but I found the solar plexus chakra meditation on youtube to be just what I needed! I had been sleeping more and feeling lethargic and I saw that my aura had changed from green to blue. I listened to this with headphones and I instantly felt the energy crashing over me in waves. It filled my body with spiritual energy. I highly recommend you guys try this and see if you get similar results.
