alo-ha ohana:) very curious and excited about this! have some questions....
i live with the big island of hawaii and gather spring water which is 7ph and 70ppm, what are your thoughts of fusing megaH with spring water?
also, what is your thoughts on adding ATP+ GTP+ Life Crystals to reverse osmosis water fused with megaH?

Although, the bottle says to start at 2 capsules a day and gradually move up to 4. I took a total of 4 my first time like demonstrated in the "megahydrate live blood analysis" video. Its been about 8 hours since I took it and I must say I feel good and a lot more alert than before.

I've been opening up the capsule & adding it to the water. Either/or would be effective, I'd imagine. To me, introducing the two before ingestion seems like the way to go.

I have a question. I have purchased the mega hydrate and was wondering do I take the pill or do I use it as demonstrated in the video by opening the capsule and putting a tiny bit into the water?
