Lucid Dreaming Technique - 90% Success Rate

LICENSE PLATES, Digital Clocks, and Billboards?

Hey folks, So glad to be here with you all.  If you're here you're probably pretty advanced already.  But if you want to really boost your "first-person" level of understanding, lucid dreaming is a great way to start.  Not only that...

Lucid dreaming is crazy fun, and if you're not doing it on the regs, you're really missing out.

So if you haven't been able to do it for whatever reason, or it's a sporadic thing, don't worry.  This little trick will have you lucid dreaming within a week.

This is my own version of a technique that I learned from Steven LaBerge's book.  It worked for me like gangbusters and about 90% of the people I told about it.

LICENSE PLATES, Digital Clocks, and Billboards!

Those and any other things with letters or numbers is what you'll be using.

The basic technique is this.  Several times throughout the day, when you are awake, you will be checking yourself to see if you are awake or asleep.

No, you're not going to be pinching yourself.

This is it....

When you see a license plate, a digital clock, a sign or anything with words or letters, focus on it for a second, then look away for 1 second and then look back at it.

If the numbers or letters look the same, then you are awake.  If the numbers or letters are jumbled up or offline, then you are asleep.  Simple!

Now here is the first important part.

You must do this A LOT during the day, especially for the first week.  You're forming a strong habit, a good habit.  That way you will inevitably do this 'check' when you are asleep.

It will happen within the first week.  (Make sure to have a notepad next to the bed so you'll remember.)

The second most important part is this...

When your 'self check' lets you know that you are in a dream (ie when you look back at the license plate and all the numbers are weird and jumbled up), you need to relax as much as you can.

If you get too excited, which you will the first few times you find it working, your excitement will change your frequency and pop you right out of the dream state.  When this happens, just pat yourself on the back and jot it down on your notepad.  You're on your way!

Later on, when it becomes business-as-usual and you are finding yourself waking up into lucid dreams several times a week, you won't get so excited so it will be easier to maintain the dream.

That's when you will start to really have fun.  You'll get more skilled with it and you'll learn a lot about yourself and the nature of the universe.

So, form the habit.  Check out license plates, signs, even memes several times a day.  Look at them, look away, look back.

Are they jumbled or are they clear and readable?  If they are jumbled, you are dreaming. If they are clear, you are awake (so to speak).

A well-known fella once said "Life is a dream, albeit a persistent one." Your dreams, as you know them, are just a little less persistent, which is why this technique works so well.

Try it out, it works.  Feel free to comment if this helps you.
