Just giving a heads up. I recently notarized my notice of understanding and intent of claim of right using the Common Law method - I've also look into the UCC as well as the commercial redemption process, and there are some things you may want to know so here goes.

We live a so called "free society", but really ask yourself, what is the name of your society?

PERSON COMES FROM THE WORD PERSONA - it came from a time when stage actors put on masks - an alternate persona to act on stage, to play a role..

*SO YOU ARE NOT A PERSON, you have a PERSON. just like an actor has a stage name: THIS PERSON WAS CREATED when you were born or if you were naturalized. When your parents filled out your birth certificate, they created with them a PERSON - a fictional entity that only exists on paper.... which is why all your government documents are capitalized..

The LAW SOCIETY is a society that has created a language called LEGALESE which has the force of law/colour of law: This means that if you are part of their society you have to follow their code. The PERSON which you are "holding" (for lack of a better term) adheres to these codes...

*The trick is, you, the flesh and blood being, must consent that you are a PERSON for these rules to apply to you. Once you admit you are a PERSON, well you are playing their game.

LEGALESE is basically modified english with new definitions. The law society invented their own language to deceive people into thinking we are part of their society and they we have to abide by their rules. I mean common, I hate using the word deceive but how else can one convey flat out deception...

Understand to us means --> I get it.
UNDERSTAND IN LEGALESE --> To stand under

So when a member of the law society asks you - DO YOU UNDERSTAND your pretty much saying: "Yes I stand under your rules and regulations kind sir, I am a PERSON...."

Brilliant right? Make people think they are PERSONS---> PERSONS FOLLOW LEGALESE---> this means the people at the top of the Law Society have all the power. Even if you were part of the Law Society who do you think is in charge? Do you think they have your best interest in mind? Something to think about...

What I have personally found is that there is so much confusion and complicated processes to find a remedy in the mess. The two most common procedures to deal with all the fraud that has been going on has been two factions: 1) freeman on the land 2) UCC - Commercial Redemption.

The idea is pretty simple Freeman on the land is just the method used to claim your rights under COMMON LAW, as a natural human being. You clearly state to the Law Society you are not part of their law and that you are a free man of the land - hence the name of this method. The idea is COMMON LAW supersedes LEGALESE, so one can use COMMON LAW and say I am not a PERSON, I am a human being you don't control me. :)

UCC - Commercial Redemption is a method is which you play the game and use the rules of the game to help solve your issues. Apparently according to their history, you bond is a trust which generates revenue for the government---> which means you have an account worth tons of money you don't know about, and you can access it at any time using the rules of the game. Therefore, people using Commercial Redemption are fixing their credit cards and loans using this method.

We can go on and on about banking conspiracies and what not, but really where does this really get us? The main point here is that many us have found ways to deal with these fraudulent activities of banks using either Freeman on the land or the UCC.

I've been fortunate enough to meet some very intelligent individuals. I'm rather shocked at the amount of detail and vast arrays of study one must undertake in order to figure out this whole lawful matrix we appear to be under. One has to learn not only law, but about history, philosophy, commerce, occult, esoteric knowledge, and spirituality to even get a decent picture of what is happening.

Unfortunately, we may have come to a breaking point. It seems with more and more research we are finding out that there is more than meets the eye. It seems as though the STATE are now training judges and lawyers to counter-act COMMON LAW and the COMMERCIAL REDEMPTION process.

The reason being, as with anything else, new information always turns up. Its never a perfect process or end all be all kind of way of thinking, but there are now some major leaks and holes in both the COMMON LAW and COMMERCIAL REDEMPTION. Which means it probably only a matter of time before many of Freeman-of-the-Land and UCC Creditors have to start from scratch and find a new remedy.

Yes, its pretty frustrating, but that's not to say using these methods won't work for now, just understand, as in get... it will probably only be a temporary solution before the fully trained gestapo are armed and ready.

I could go into greater detail, but I'd rather post some links, for those of you who are inclined to really set out and learn - the danger of a teacher sometimes is that he doesn't allow a student to think for himself, and I'm not here to preach to you about truth or justice - I'm sharing some insights that may be helpful to you and your family in the long haul - if you are willing to sit down and look at things for what they really are.

Like it or not current codes in western civilization has been based on Roman Law and ancient Jewish laws. Which means of course that one has to understand some of its rich history.

At first it probably won't make any sense, the reason being, one needs some baggage to even see and connect the dots. Here is it anyway if you can make it out - have at it.
