Thank you Sevan it definitely cleared things out that thinking about. However I was wondering what you thought the significants of adding l to the word "word" to get world. I personally feel it has to do with el or l and her favorite number seems to be four, perhaps maybe from the four or thor society?

Awesome, yeah, i discovered a neat trick with invocation.

I let my mind speed up a lot and repeat the word millions (ok... a lot) of times a second, very loudly, it has a great effect :)

for instance, i chant wholeness within. 

I feel like when you make the physical noise though, corresponding to the frequency of the chakra, then more physical healing can take place, i'm not sure what exactly is healing or activating through intoning, maybe it is more of a soul connection, which the body and mind then align with later.
