Although many of us have now learned how to rise so far above this reality while basking in harmonic frequencies. It is our obligation however never to forget the mission to the millions still trapped within their own mind. I do not write and source such information for those who have already achieved emancipation, this is for those who are not as fortunate or those dealing with others that suffer from these conditions and thus need to know what they are dealing with and how to undue it. 

In entering the most lofty state I glanced upon the reality known as Earth and saw its uniqueness and how its preservation was wholly dependent upon those who had come into full realization of the Path. To me the complete realization is that once acsending you must grab ahold of the Emanations made available to you in that state. Then you must plunge in to the lower regions in order to distribute to its inhabitants what would then be to them just a glimpse of it through a partially blinded eye. This is so others yet to receive it can see the contrast of where they are versus where they can be. What they do, and what they could be doing. THE HUMAN GNOME PROJECT AND MK ULTRA 

Definition:

The Human Gnome Project is a venture of the British Royal, Rockefeller, Hong (888), and other worldwide organizations including 3rd Party Firms. It has been developed to initiate Eugenics and Racial Hygiene Programs for the development of a superior human race also called Apex Predators. Beginning in the early 1900's and continuing to the present said factions are linked to the development of HAARP, Bluebeam, and other technologically advanced Population Control Applications consistant with mind control also known as MK-ULTRA. This comes from reports conducted by the Biospiritual Warfare Research Center.
