As a result of adding Hemp Hearts to my diet recently, I'm strongly recommending that any vegans or vegetarians that wish to include a great source of protein to their diet try Hemp Hearts. By simply sprinkling 6 or 7 tablespoons full over a bowl of fruit in the morning i have energy to spare all day(including days when I'm doing aerobic/weight training). They are also a wonderful source of fiber.
