Not Need which comes from lack, Want which comes from abundance, wanting is a much better vehicle than need as life will move that way. You are off to a flying start. Hey I just wanted to say on dreaming, you are always dreaming so don't worry, about one every 40 minutes :). The key ingredients are getting the energy to remember the dream, and developing the memory to recall it. You are nearly always in a dream when asleep.

Energy can come from exercise, better foods, more alkanised system, supplements, kundalini yoga, awareness, meditation, deep sleep, making sure you conserve sexual energy etc.
