    Hello,

    Can anyone give me some guidance on contacting my oversoul? Also from the recordings I have listened to, I now innerstand that prayers to dieties, angels, etc are leading us the wrong way. So my question is should we only meditate and not pray at all. I am looking for some guidance as I am ready to move forward out of the many lies that I believed and practiced.
