Kay - thank you for your response. Honestly i too go through the same challenges. My path was very forcful in bringing me to what i know now. And nothing makes it more worth while than sharing these things with other so that they can over come what i have. The conversation has inspired me to put together some thing more formal and i will be doing so over the next week.i will keel you posted and start a forum specifically on fear, flow, and combining these techniques to waking life to example that this state of being need in daily life 10 fold more than just astral traveling.. these moments bring realization to me just as much as for others because i can observe them and remove myself from the picture.
