So I started attempting the challenge Sevan spoke on about seeing how long one can keep the mind outside of conflict. First and foremost its been working wonders. Also I've managed to hone this ability by visualizing a whirlpool like portal that pulls in negative energy signatures (Negative thoughts) and sends them down to my nether region or customs :-) to be dealt with appropriately. We had a session (skype group call) talking about this actually, and whilst many take this particular mudra you linked to be a "salute to lucifer", it does actually appear to be way to dispel ignorance/demons. here's some pictures and links on mudras:

hiya, have been studying the mk-ultra for a while now.My deprograming started 2003 afteri had three blue butterflies tattooed on my neck.
After that i met a person wholesome relationship and all, that changed, and ended me being deprogrammed after my crown chakra was openend with a table and my third eye with a head butt. have to thank him though, hopefully i took away his demon, for he opened the portal its, not always pretty.

Hello. I am having a problem with super high pitched sounds in my ears that no one else can hear that is around me. It started about 2 months ago and has increased to several times a day & in longer increments. Can anyone please explain to me what this could be? Thank you.

I have been tuning my chakra's and doing more energy work over the past year which has helped me to see clearer as far as some patterns and energy in my surroundings. I had never considered an actual, physical, "hearing" to occur. I have been working with my guidance on the subject of "hearing" lately but had assumed it would be mostly inner dialogue. My dog also responds sometimes to the sound that my other 2 dogs have no reaction to. He also seems to see energy because he sees and reacts when I am doing energy work at home. Yes our 'ears' all parts are affected when the energy centers (pineal area in this case) is activated and kundalini rises up into the spine and further upward. Last summer I completed a meditation which resulted in strong vibrations in my root/base which rose up my spine. Not too long after I experienced what was basically an ongoing headache for approx. 10 days. I am not prone to headaches. Accompanying this headache was popping sounds in both ears at separate and sometimes at the same time, varying pitch sounds, sounds as though I was in a different frequency, sort of like when under water, etc. It was all so strange that I simply had to ride it until it was done. It is still ongoing. I know when the popping, pitches, etc. occur that I need to pay attention and 'tune in.' Welcome to activation. Ask the higher self and most high to ease the process as much as possible. Upward and Onward.

hi, jana, there is a big possibility too that if you're hearing sounds that may seem like tinnitus is actually an effect of a VOICE to SKULL mind control tech. it has the same characteristics. mind control tech is rampant at present. it is continuosly being tested on civilians. check out "voice to skull" and "brainlink/mindtech. the danger is you might end up like these guys in two US spree shooting incidents.

Hello jun, yes I have thought of this and these days always and in all ways must go within to determine if what is happening is related to my own self activating/awakening/etc. or due to some covert technique used by other 'powers' to somehow infiltrate and control/sway/direct as usual. Beginning a few years ago I would wake up to strange tones coming from what seemed like the center of my brain, pineal area. I would meditate on the cause to determine origin and relevancy. Is this 'me' activating or something more sinister. Always on our toes these days! What I do notice is that often with these changes coincide external changes that to me seem movement towards positive change and an increased ability to create balance around me. Thanks for the reminder to remain vigilant!

Just throwing this out as a consideration....are you located anywhere near cell phone towers? We are bombarded with a large amount of  micro waves that for those  of us extra sensitive,can be felt in some form or other.

We live in a rural area that is approx. 15 miles from a larger city of 60,000. As far as I know there are no cell towers near my house, but I do work in the bigger city so could be affected by cell towers there. It can be tough deciphering whether a 'symptom,' like popping ears, etc. is due to organic evolution/activation or due to all the different energies/'waves' etc. traveling mostly unseen through the spaces between us, often hijacking our natural rhythms thus rendering us less able to activate and connect to others similar. Remember the truth of vibrations/frequency. Organic, balanced vibration can 'cut through' slower frequency. Transmutation to atmosphere more conducive to the faster vibrations.

Its called resonance: beings of frequencey where a man in britian ( not sure where but seems rural) is being bombarded by emf or what not to the point where he had to shield his house. So I grew up in a Christian background and was baptized on at least three separate occasions. I spent the greater part of my life so far believing in God and in Jesus. I quit believing when I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 when some things happened that made me question myself and my religion. I believe that was the beginning of my spiritual quest. I was stagnant in 2013 with my Journey as I was trying to readjust to normal life again and I picked up again last December with my learning of esoteric knowledge that pretty much just fell into my lap. I have been on a roller coaster ride since then and have experienced everything from extreme (fearful) dualism, to a popping of my pineal gland (I can make the same noise by clicking my tongue against the roof of my mouth) and many bouts of ALMOST lucidity or astral travel (not to sure yet). Can anyone be of assistance with helping me deprogram my background with Christianity and my military brainwashing? Now I do understand what these things have done to me externally and even internally somewhat but I would like to know if a regimen can be followed to get the deeper programming eliminated. Anyone got any advice?
