Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. If I belch one more time I just might tear out my larynx with a spoon. I take sublimates, eat mostly vegetables, I stay away from preservatives, taste enhancers, plus whatever chemicals I can. I drink plenty of water and I even drink green tea with garlic and ginger root every morning after yoga or meditation.  I do not take Western medicine except for the occasional Advil when my other preventive natural medicine doesn’t work as well as I’d like it to but that’s rare. I take iron; brain food and hair nail female heath vitamins too. Not all at once I try balancing all the supplements. In between salads, vegetables, and beans with rice dishes. My preferences are Chinese herbs, and my omega 3 for enhancing my dreams but not all once.

The vitamins I take for inflammatory arthritis consist of red cider vinegar, flaxseed oil, cayenne pepper, and calcium. Maybe I’m taking too many vitamins and sublimates and they are clashing. I do spread them out. I also try to balance my days as much as possible with different type of meditation and exercise to improve my transition and over all heath. But no matter what I do to improve myself and my health I feel at times l and it always catches me by surprise lately that my health is getting worse not better especially the cursed burping. It is so bad I am starting to become a bit concerned about going back to school in the fall. I can’t go around people stuck in the matrix like this. I need a reasonably non-expensive treatment that will work fairly quickly. At this point I am willing to do almost anything to get rid of at least the belching. I will address the battle with the lack of energy that catches me by storm another day.

Gas forms when the food in your bowels ferments and putrifies from lack of digestive enzymes and the need for some good bacteria .  I'd suggest trying a Multi-Digestive enzyme everytime you eat. I had to start out with only 1/2 of one  each time, at first, because my stomach was a little tender.  Also take a multi-Strain Probiotic either first thing in morning, at least 1 hour before you eat, or at night as the last thing before bed.  I take mine in the morning because, I like I said before, my stomach is a little sensitive. I was prone to ulcers in the past and years of binge drinking wore down my stomach lining pretty well. Oh, another thing I forgot.  I got rid of my Irritable Bowel Symptoms this way as well.  I read recently, that if you're over 50 you should be taking both those supplements everyday.  Okay...that's my two cents worth.
