great breathing excersise to clear brainwaves and release GAMMA brainwave or endogenous DMT

so you can function at your peak potential, follow these 13 breath cycles and then relax and do whatevber breath feels natural. Mudras are with both hands and try not to touch any other fingers while doing them. You may get lost while doing this but that is fine and perfectly natural, if you can notice which breath you feel dizzy on it will let you know which brainwave needs clearing.

so let's begin

Breathing...

1.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra is both hands in balled fists touching knuckles and THUMBS touching)

2.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and first finger)

3.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and middle finger)

4.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra thumb and ring finger)

5.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra thumb and pinky)

6.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and first finger)

7.)IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and middle finger)

8.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra thumb and ring finger)

9.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra thumb and pinky)

10.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and first finger)

11.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and middle finger)

12.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra thumb and ring finger)

13.) IN THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH

(mudra is balled fists again with knuckles touching and thumbs touching)

relax for a few minutes and let your body come back and you'll notice you're in a good space of wholeness, balance, and calmness

I've personally been using this method for years and I highly recommend memorizing it (very easy once you see the pattern)

Thank you for this! As I only have a base innerstanding of mudras, my only question is, why is the smallest finger only used twice?

It's used twice, in the mouth/mouth breath

the breaths are tied into brainwaves, it cycles like this:

beta, alpha, theta, delta, beta, alpha, theta, delta, beta, alpha, theta, delta

the last beta is a second beta which is a step ahead of the one you started in (circular motion but concentric circles or a spiral so repeating itself but always a step ahead on the next revolution)

the fist and thumb mudra at the beginning and end is opening and closing the exercise.

Try and do the whole cycle 3 or 4 times through and see how light you feel once you finally give up

the mudra for the particular breath is BELOW the number, so for example the mudra for 11 is in bold below

11.) IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE

OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE

(mudra thumb and middle finger)

just saw that this may be confusing for someone so had to clarify

wholeness and balance

This is an excellent system, many thanks. I have tried it several times and do feel clearer balance.

No problemo (~*~) thank you for sharing

Thank you so much, Ive been working on pineal gland alot but i like to try out new things especially if it would bring the gland back to its original purpose

WBV...thank you for this i practiced this the other day an woke up thinking about it today..

Funny thing you mention this breathing exercise and its relation to DMT.  When I was young my friends and I experimented with a thing we liked to call "gumby land".  We would basically smoke lots of weed, followed by a breathing exercise similar to what you described above.  Once we'd begin to feel dizzy (from basically hyper ventilating), one of our friends acting as an observer would say "now", and upon that command we would stand up and cross our arms.  The observer would squeeze us tightly knocking the wind out of us, we'd turn into a noodle and go to gumby land and have an outer-body experience that lasted maybe only 10 seconds if that.  No one could ever convince me of there not being a higher power after experiencing something like that.

I had a similar experience actually. What we did where I'm from was called a "wall toke" you basically take a hit and someone would squeeze you while your arms are crossed. I did this once in high school. After exhaling I was standing with the group and then for a few seconds, all of a sudden, I'm floating in space. Have never done that since because I figured it probably wasnt good for my brain.

Hello and thakns for the post, just one question, how many breaths you should take in each cycle...?

The entire exercise is a total of 13 breaths, start to finish.

Great Information Joshua, Thanks!

Wholeness!
