Crystalisation of the Chakras while Lucid.

I am seeking some techniques to use, or inner systems to build in relation to the crystalisation and Chakras while getting lucid dreams. I will need to intellectualise a bit with assumptions, and confuse myself to get the message across :), apologies there.

I had what I can only call (from my own experience) a top level dream a few days ago, the type of dream with plenty of energy, almost in the conscious state. It hinged on the frequency I hear in my ears often enough when concentrating, fairly high, either my, a crystal or the Earth frequency, and usually in the left Ear but occasionally the right. I've done a lot of frequency work for a long time, so it is not surprising if I have manifested something in that area, other frequency experiences have happened before. Part of having large ears on this body :) I jokingly say.

After unintentionally falling asleep doing some crystal work, with several on me still, I became lucid quickly while dreaming. I felt the frequency I usually hear on concentration enlarge to energy throughout my body. In the dream lucidly I wondered if this was part of the ascension process, as each day I am increasing my charge/awareness, so using the heart chakra I was willing that frequency to rise and empower the body, which caused it to shake and shudder quite violently through either the nervous or etheric system.

At this point I am unsure whether it was a dream or an actual effect in the waking world, in the dream state I pictured small bumps on the left ear, warts or some kind of growth on the left ear lobe. In the dream I couldn't see the bumps straight on, only when turned sideways. I was picturing a doctor at this point informing me of it in a mirror.

Afterwards on reflection I wondered if those small bumps were a crystalisation of the third ear, or one of the ears.  So my only question is, does crystalisation ever appear this way when it is happening, and if so (and you have experience of it), will it benefit my ability to hear crystals, to empower the ability further should it happen again? I am starting to hear crystal frequencies when I put them close enough to my left ear, one for instance that had a higher frequency than the usual one I hear if I concentrate (My own?).

The only other thing it might tie into is hypnic jerks, which are my current mental barrier to astral travel. I used to think it was tension but upon further reading many other people suffer from them, they might even be positive, I just don't know at this point.

Then the less we assume we know, the more empty we are, and the closer we are to finding a good answer.

Hope this is in the right place, and thank you very much for any reliable techniques you might point me at for experiencing answers on the crystalisation of the chakras,in relation to lucid dreaming. As you can see I am trying to intellectualise a lot, which is confusing the issue, just some simple methods would be nice when working with frequencies while lucid.
