REGENERATION AND RECOVERY FROM THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET (SAD)
Many have been asking about the activation of Kundalini in the body. Where,When and How that will happen for many people has yet to be determined. For many, this activation is already happening. Some may be perusing the awakening actively by doing yoga or other meditation techniques. Others may be part of the growing number of individuals that are experiencing the awakening spontaneously. If we look into society we can see examples of it everywhere. However what most people are unaware of is that the things that the current system has been promoting for us to put in our body, is directly geared to make sure that when this awakening happens, that the visions and realizations that one experiences are of the darkest nature.
Both the chemicals in the foods, and in the drugs that are being promoted everywhere in society these days, both in the media, and in the underground seem to be specifically targeted towards both activating Kundalini, and also damaging the receptors that allow for the re uptake of chemicals naturally produced during these awakenings almost assuring that one has an experience more akin to Schizophrenia rather then a mystic revelation.
I would like to give a big thanks to some information and research of Jana Dixon, writer of the book "Biology of Kundalini" . Here is a link to her current blog. I have put together a number of foods, and supplements that can be used to help someone recover from the destruction of the modern diet, and to regenerate their vehicles in preparation for their date with Kundalini Activation.

SUPERFOOD SPRINKLE: This mixture supplies much needed nutrients (fiber, Omega 3, beta glucan) to the diet by added those factors that are usually “removed” from our food sources. Sources should be as fresh and high integrity as possible. Used as a tasty addition to breakfast-style meal of chopped fruit, raw nuts, sprouted buckwheat groats (hulled buckwheat), yogurt. Rice Bran, Oat Bran, Wheat Germ, Lecithin, Bee Pollen, Hemp Seed and a tablespoon of papaya enzymes (Papain); Cinnamon, Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds are optional. RADIATION PROTECTION: Ashitaba, Aloe Vera, Chamomile, Chaparral, Echinacea, Garlic Mustard, Olive leaf, Neem, Ginkgo, Goji berry, Uva Ursi, Yucca Root, Noni Fruit & Seed, Jojoba, Juniper, Turmeric, Graviola, Frankincense, Myrrh, Reishi Mushroom, Goji berry and all colorful berry foods. Miso, Niacin, Cysteine, Bentonite clay, Zeolites, Fulvic Acid, Pyrophyllite clay, Activated charcoal, Bladderwrack, Kelp, Chlorella, Spirulina, Boron, Lugol's solution. GARLIC MUSTARD: (Alliaria officinalis) A weed from the cabbage family is the most nutritious plant on the planet, especially for methylation of toxins in liver and brain, DNA methylation and regeneration. Good for salads, smoothies, or blended with cabbage cider and oranges.
MILK THISTLE PORTERAGE: For the beatification of the liver—Grind in a coffee grinder ½ cup Milk Thistle Seeds, ¼ cup Flaxseed, then soak in 1 cup water overnight in the fridge with 6 prunes or apricots, Next day blend in a food processor with ½ tsp cinnamon. Eat with fruit, nuts and yogurt or cottage cheese.
SOVEREIGN LIGHTEN UP MIX: Black Walnut, Bupleurum, Cinnamon, Clove, Cascara sagrada, Cat’s claw, Fennel, Kelp, Milk Thistle, White Oak Bark, Olive Leaf, Oregano, Papain, Pau D’ Arco, Turmeric, Wormwood. 1 Part each and 2 Tbs Cayenne as a catalyst. Store mix in fridge and capsule. Take 2 x 000-capsules morning, afternoon and evening for increasing insulin sensitivity, blood sugar regulation, liver conjugation, blood cleansing and pathogens. Taken prior to meals this will help get the glucose out of the blood and into the cell faster. Once excess blood sugar is taken care of by getting the glucose quickly into the cell, the pathogen load falls, glycation/inflammation reduces and blood oxygen increases along with cellular energy generation...thus allowing cells and organs to detoxify, regenerate, and optimize efficiency. We cannot get well without overcoming insulin resistance for excess blood sugar simply feeds the pathogens that keep the oxygen deprived chemistry going. So glucose must be quickly uptaken by the cell, and pyruvate must be quickly uptaken by the mitochondria in order to keep healthy biochemistry intact.

I wouldn't know where to start. I've been getting better and better with my diet but it isn't "Activation worthy" just yet.
Going to do my best to figure this out because I really want to eat healthy.

Robert as someone who experienced similar thru fasting a few years ago I can relate to what u r saying. I guess as many others can. Here is the thing though I am on a very tight budget and would be very grateful if you could expand on exactly what "carefully selection of herbs,spices,oils,dried substances for green smoothies" you used?with an idea of where to get best quality ingredients at a good price. Also when u say clean water was that distilled, bottled? You mention iodine, magnesium, turmeric, spiralina and cinamon - what kind of quantities were u taking? I am presuming u used empty gel caps and made them up daily. Desperately want to detox fallen off the wagon and need to get rid of the worms - have some mms2 so thinkking fast exercise mms course then reintroduce a good diet regime along with exercise. Alot of green smoothies and juices. Also on a related note I cannot afford all organic fruit and veg do u think that carefully selected herbs, spices etc and some but not all of fruit and veg organic is going to do it. Lol for now no choice but some feedback from others on a tight busget wanting to detox and get healthy would be so much appreciated. Wholeness to all :)
lol yeah relate to the family thinking u r nuts thing. I keep dipping into the amazing wealth of info from 7 still so amazingly thankful for it all. Must admit though slipped off the path! This rings so deeply with me, but i do not have information on this. can you (other members too) elaborate on this, i am asking for more details, because my intuition knows this is important and my conscious mind seeks illumination on this, please.
