hi guys this is great i used to meditate but i stoped coz i started to feal like i wasnt myself . i now know that thats the whole point shuting up the ego an i want to start again im from liverpool england and was wondering if thers any members of resistance live near me?

WOW, was searching for this yesterday and stumbled on it today...great information.

I usually do fall asleep with my crystals and upon waking go into a mad scramble to find them in the morning. I put up a headboard shelf to hold the resonances above as I sleep now I can also put some under the pillow.
