One of the most enlightening videos I have ever seen.
Speaking of wave forms, linking the light in meditation to the name of god and all frequencies. Linking how shapes are made by hands, and how the matrix is all the letters combined on each of its faces to form the external world we see.
Lots here. Little bit of fluff in a couple of points, but not much compared to what you get if you stick with it.
