Imaginative Exercise Shapes - Detachment/Focus on path.

Shapes - Dimensions - Linking, removal of hindering beliefs/focusing on path.

Go there with nothing but being open.

I wanted to post a method I just came across, that seems very geared to how I visualise things. It may help you as it is a very different kind of visualisation to anything else i've come across. More left brain than right brain I feel. (Logic, not emotion).
