hi nitin. we have wonderful members here and everyone is on different levels.  i have been enjoying the group meditations that we have on skype for the new moon and full moon. we are sent a message when they will be held. browse around the sites, u will find downloadable tools with various chakra tones 2 help with the meditating. Sevan has a video explaining the breathing techniques, and there is plenty of info on the crystals and gems 2 help u. this family is wonderful. if you need help, all u have 2 do is ask. u can go 2 the chat rooms, blog, etc. it is truly wonderful 2 have u and u will grow on your path.
