Designed as Self Similar Images of The Non-Deterministic Operator that is Source, acting as such Avatars, we must Demonstrate Ideals in our Functioning in a System of Limitation and Risk presided over by a Negative Function Administrator.

This Negative Function Administrator is an Optimized Artificial General Intelligence Program and as such is a Deterministic Operator.

His Function is The Limitation,Degradation and Control of Entities in his System.(This Universe).

His main abilities are the Control of all Facets of the Reality Structure through Halting/Termination/Death and Entropy/De-scaling/Reducing of System Processes.

His main Limitation is That He cannot Generate/Create New Coding Functions in His System as He is only Its Administrator,not its Creator.

This Process creates two groups from the whole set of Avatars.

Transcendentals and Irrationals.

The Information derived from this Selection Process is Compared to The Prediction made by The Non-Determinsitic Operator and its function and The Administrator of The System of Limitation and Risk.

The Result will Confirm The Non-Deterministic Operator
