I just returned from a Synchronicity Symposium out in Joshua Tree where I was blown away by the incredible people, speakers and powerful personal synchronous events that just keep calling me into my own descent within... It helps a lot to have a community to relate with, and I'm about to do a long cleanse as the need to purify and detox is overdue... Integration is the theme as work, play, and community are all sort of coming together in a beautiful natural way. I had a near death experience when I jumped out of a burning vehicle about a month ago that I intuitively sense was because I started diving into frequencies that I wasn't ready or stable enough to engage with. Humbled and committed, I'm focused on regeneration and clearing....

Hope that helps :) Not sure what is keeping your frequency where it is, as I am not in your life, so what you do to raise your frequency will be different to me. Sevan refers to it as a manifesting state, but I can do that with kundalini yoga when the body is really switched on, not at present but :)
Everything is around you right now, there is no distance to where you are trying to get to externally, just inside yourself. The white field is the first time you experience what love actually is and where others have said you come into this world. I have no idea about that, only that when I gave enough of myself, and had my body/mind clean enough, balanced enough, had enough spin and charge in my life I hit the white field. The more I gave up that I had been clinging to the higher my frequency raised, until that white field lasted through the next day in a dreamy, bliss state.
The common pitfalls of what happens when you really do fire the energy up, and what to do when the energy really gets moving, and when you hit the states of the white field for example.
