I am just popping by to say helo, and welcome you to The Resistance! 

Within these pages, you will find so many things to enhance your spiritual, mental, physical and whole being.  There is a new members section on the home page, and this is where I and many found our way through the site, it is helpful in guiding. 
Most of us have questions that we are seeking answers to.....someone within the site, will have an answer...and if not, then we discover the answers together.....it is a wonderful thing to learn and progress in this ongoing adventure!
