Please tell me more about the alchemical processes. Explain how to digest and distill properly for the technique you described in the urine therapy discussion. I have been searching many sources regarding this process, and I have found more on it, yet I am still a bit confused about how to distill or digest properly. Should I use the stove?? Should I use/make an alembic? I find this very interesting. Also, should I cover the urine/distilled water mixture or leave it to open air?
