Hmmm. The beginning of Pisces? The two fish circle around one another - they are the two that are one. Pisces is simply another representation of the serpent eating it's own tail. As you can see in this picture the serpent's tongue is reaching towards it's tail inside the Mer * Ka * Ba (or "More Qabala").

Also, on the inner portion lies the pentacle, deeming this whole picture as a resemblance of Metatron's Cube. Perhaps some of this resonates with your journey?

Then again, perhaps I'm over-analyzing. Maybe it just means you should "take wine and strange drugs" (as it states on line 3) whenever your birthday comes around hahaha. The art of ALCohol is derived from the art of ALChemy - it undergoes a process of distillation and fermentation...and to get a fine product, one must hermetically seal their transmuted fruit/plant. 


Then again, perhaps I'm over-analyzing. Or am I under-analyzing? As above, so below.
