This is an earlier Electro-Magnetic shield for Mobile Phones, made by Russian AIRES Technologies. It is a crystal with a nano-size geometrical pattern etched on the crystal with laser technology. This on is to shield for frequencies larger than 5 Giga Hertz (the harmul "ripple" transients in time-multiplexed GSM-3G mobile cells.
