This is part of a series i am working on involving Mudras, or put very simply, hand gestures that you hold for a period of time that close circuits in the body to help build energy within and the aura etc I am bringing forward in a creative and beautiful way the ancient science and technology of the Mudras.....of course I am scratching the surface with what i have available with me at the moment and am totally open to other deeper/ancient references on this science!!
