Crystal Phi Spiral/SPHIRAL
This is my first real attempt at arranging some of my crystals into a geometry/grid of some kind. It's by no means spectacular haha but it is the first of many and I am excited to explore this art more and more as my journey with our crystal friends and family continues!

you should try this underneath your bed mattress,
a larger format more spread out in the spiral shape.
makes a huge different makes the dream/lucid state stronger
dan winter mentions it in more details (of course) ;0) he also mentioned wood and organic substances as well as crystals in the spiral formal like the above underneath the mattress
