My secret weapon, homemade, organic, Kale, Apple, and Ginger juice. Currently on day 7 of my 9 day Best Option Colon Cleansing (Day 4 of the 5 day Raw juice fast). I'm super proud of myself! This moment here has been years in the making. I've been a member of the Resistance, and Astral Quest for a while now, a few years. I never thought I would be ready to cleanse myself on such a level, and stay committed to it. I've been eating Vegetarian for over a year now; having become more aware and conscious of whats really going on with the food we put in out bodies. My ultimate goal is to be a fully Raw Vegan, and I know this Colon Cleanse and Internal Cleanse will be a great start. The 5 day liquid fast is much more manageable than I expected; still challenging nonetheless. The Mucoid Plaque is very very real; and even more gross than the picture in the user's guide x_x !! To know that I'm getting that (literally) crap out of me is amazing lol. I cant wait to start the rest of the cleansing process, and feel myself transform!!
