e is a spiral... e when in front of a word can often mean energy for example...
E(energy)Motion: Energy in motion such as thinking, typing, breathing, talking, moving ect....
E(energy)go: Energy that needs to go - Ego...

E is a vowel... a Vow of EL.   E is the 5th letter.  It has the right to remain silent... pleading the 5th. Hyper-dimensional Construct.. Wow!    E seems to make other vowels stronger, like when you put an E at the end of a word, mAke.  The A becomes hard/strong.
