I'm interested in Remote Healing actually. How does it work? I'm not that great at energy work. I've been reading a lot on spirituality and contacting high self and about getting into divine nature. I still can't seem to do anything but drift off and get incredibly drowsy when I try to astral project or do any subtle body energetic activity though.
I also work outside and have been experiencing symptoms that may have to do with being over-exposed to chem trails when outside. I'd hate to think something like eugenics though is actually real and being carried out.

Would remote healing be beneficial to me?
