but i do make my own cleanses as money got tight

psyllium husk 6 grams 

bentonite clay - 2/3 grams
ginger powder or peppermint 1.5 grams
apple juice roughly 4 apple juiced
mix all together taken 5 times a day - every 3 hours for a 5 days period
thats virtual whats in the blessedherbs colon cleansing it
i have made several and it works out much cheaper

remember to add probiotic after as the colon cleanse virtual clears all the crap out including parasites and gets the root chakra working and also gets the wheel will in you back again.
