Answering your total regen question a bit late but I hope it helps :) Look into minerals, tissue/cell salts, the average diet gets very few of the minerals it needs. Getting a more alkaline body, eating for your blood type and making the diet lighter. No Heavy foods before bed. This is a base to start from, hope it helps.
