    please advise so i can help as done one 5 months back

    Just check out the User Guide pdfs in Blessed Herb's page they have the calendar and dosage pdfs and it's all very clear information. You choose what you eat while on the cleanse of course this will have their own results lol or watch the Virtual Cleanse videos on youtube starting from day 1.
