    Love the locks.  I used to be a reporter covering Opa-locka for the Miami Herald in the late 1990s!  Were you there then?  How are things now?  I always thought with the largest collection of Moorish architecture in the western hemisphere, the city had great potential as a tourist/educational site.  But alas, leadership was sorely lacking.
