yeah i do love and enjoy this website a lot, very glad i managed to find it! i am yet to try the bio salts too, but i will do eventually , i had never read it about it before x

Heheheh … Sevan has been in my dreamtime at least 3 times. In fact, last night, he made an appearance twice! I wouldn't actually call it an "appearance," but more, his consciousness. I've thought the same thing regarding seminars in dreamtime and love it! Love it!
Water is a huge part of my daily intake. Where I am (I just moved to a temporary mountaintop), I boil it and add MegaHydrate, Miracle II and Himalayan salt and after having put a meter to the well water, I am definitely going to purchase a distiller. Boiling greatly reduces the contaminants, but not everything.
I've completed the colon cleanse and am about to begin the internal cleanse on a liquid diet with one meal at dinnertime, which will probably consist of slightly steamed veggies and quinoa or short grain brown rice. It just feels right to have a meal if we're talking poop. I've got plenty of plant protein and superfood algae, maco, chia and hemp seed and all kinds of groovy "additives." HooHah! Smoothies in the morning, juices in the afternoon and a meal at supper time. Feeling fine.
