    Hi my friend. Hope you are well. I'm not sure if you can advise me but I would like to know if you had any experience with the realm dynamics and if so could you recommend any products I might initially benefit from. Unfortunately I smoke and am serious about stopping I have limited my meat intake which was low anyway but am taking it more seriously. My energy levels are a bit low as is mood. I hope to implement an ex cerise regime alongside my partially healthy diet which I shall tighten up.... I hope I haven't imposed upon you here?
