    Everything is around you right now, there is no distance to where you are trying to get to externally, just inside yourself. The white field is the first time you experience what love actually is and where others have said you come into this world. I have no idea about that, only that when I gave enough of myself, and had my body/mind clean enough, balanced enough, had enough spin and charge in my life I hit the white field. The more I gave up that I had been clinging to the higher my frequency raised, until that white field lasted through the next day in a dreamy, bliss state.

    Hope that helps :) Not sure what is keeping your frequency where it is, as I am not in your life, so what you do to raise your frequency will be different to me. Sevan refers to it as a manifesting state, but I can do that with kundalini yoga when the body is really switched on, not at present but :)
