Dear friends, why we really need food for our body,as I understand body don't need food,2.5l water and different color vegetables, this vegetables have there know really taste this taste this give you everything that we need to skin flesh muscles to bones etc ...

Our bodies need to assimilate the nutrients from the food we eat. Our bodies are dynamic, they use nutrients and break down food for energy in order to function.cells in our dodies die, and new cells form. We need a constant supply of energy and nutrients, materials to build and to break down. This is how our physical bodies work. I am.coming to the understanding that as we activate our chakras and our DNA that our dependence on food may become less. However as we are now, or at least as I am now, I need food, daily. Also nutrients are only absorbed in certain conditions. We cannot absorb all the nutrients from any food source without proper conditions. This is why we need to eat certain foods. For example if we eat veggies, we cannot absorb the vitamins and minerals without the presence of saturated fats, and plenty of vitamin A, and Vitamin D and we need enzymes, we need healthy digestive tracts, probiotics, and also to be free from toxins, enzyme inhibitors and pytates such as are found in unsprouted gains and many other factors.
Well, it's looks your knowledge about food is based on its gross material content like carbohydrate,protein,fats,vitamins,minerals, water and fibre ....according sadhana yoga concept of food takes in to account the total dimension of human existence...our gross body is formed of atoms and molecules.apart from the gross body we all possess prana,mind,intellect,emotions,and spiritual dimension.
A BALANCE DIET there fore according sadhana yoga is that diet which restores balances at all levels.such diets can aid holistic living
We need to eat whole grains promote the production of neurotransmitter serotonin that increase your sense for well being.
Green yellow orange vegetables and fruits are rich in minerals,vitamins and phytochemicals which boost immune response and protect against disease.
High protein foods elevate brain levels of dopamine and nor-epinephrine,both of which associated with higher levels of anxiety and stress .
For better efficiency in body structuring,breathing patterns,managing mental and emotional imbalance need to change from high calories diet from low calories vegetables diet .
I would like to hear from vibrantly healthy people what they eat.
Food is only one source for energy ,if you eat any kind of food takes breath , body movement , to increase fire to digest it. And gives to good energy and takes out toxin may inner body more clean
.... I don't see anyone who is healthy from inside to outside ..now there is no health person ,they have there health problems .... By the way there is no people have no pain the health means decrease the pain in physical as your decrease everyday you going to health,but your not complete freedom from pain ..no healthy person
